Irving Bottle was established in 2018 as a neighborhood natural wine shop. Since transitioning ownership in November 2024, we've re-established the shop's focus toward zero/zero wine—that is wine that has nothing added, and nothing removed. The producers we work with operate from a philosophy built around smaller production, good farming, and a deference to nature.
