Anna Martens and Eric Narioo started making wine on Etna in Sicily in 2008. “Vino di Anna” is a small, family domain located under the village of Solicchiata on the north face of Mt Etna, Sicily. Eric Narioo and Anna Martens began making wine together on Mt Etna in 2008. Small plots of old bush vines (60 – 100 years old) are farmed by hand, bio-dynamically and organically. The vineyards are scattered from Linguaglossa to Contrada Nave on the east side of Mt Etna, at varying altitudes (650 m – 1200 metres.) Wines are made with minimal intervention, indigenous yeasts, no additives, no fining or filtering and little or no SO2.
