This Pinot Meunier comes from 53-year-old vines! We began making this wine in 2017 and decided to have the most fun possible by turning it into a Petillant Naturel (Pet Nat for short). This sparkling is the result of a natural fermentation bottled mid-way in its metamorphoses from juice to wine.
