RIVERA DEL NOTRO (WHITE): is a wine made through skin contact during three months. Wine contains two different varieties which were vinified separately. The three varieties used were Corinto, Muscat of Alexandria and semillon which corresponded to a fresh zone from Itata Valley with alcohol values of 12.3 %. Wine was processed without filtering nor stabilization.
