The very untrendy clone 115 offers wonderful acids and tannins (both natural preservatives). Handpicked and destemmed, a short soak and light press to 8 year old puncheons. This is simply 100% fermented grapes – nothing added, nothing taken away. Crafted as an early release with wild free red fruits and a savoury core. Super fine tannins and a refreshing acid line keep this balanced and moreish.
