Certified organic grapes are grown in clay and limestone soil, hand harvested, and fermented with native yeasts in neutral fiberglass tanks. The wine then spends 9 months aging in stainless steel tanks to bring out the juicy, but not sweet, freshness of the wine. Pleasing acidity mixed with a luxurious red fruit finish rounds out this great offering.
