Joe Swick needs no introduction to those who frequent the shop. Ya’ll can’t get enough of his wine! If you need a reminder: after working more than 15 different harvests over 10 years, he settled in the Willamette Valley, and started Swick Wines in 2013. He only works with sustainably or organically farmed vineyards across Oregon and Washington State, and many of his wines have zero sulphur added. The Years Combined is a blend of Pinot Noir, Malbec, and Syrah from the 2017, 2018, AND 2019 vintages. Fermented and aged separately, then blended at bottling, it screams beach season (so says Joe). Don’t let that dark color fool you – this is fresh and lively, with just the right of acidity and easy tannins.
