Sourced from a massive 0.2 hectare of Pinot Noir planted up in the terraces, the rosé had a delicate four hours on the skins after crushing. The result is a pale rosé, delicate and fragrant. For all its delicateness, the wine has a little grip, is ever-so-slightly sappy, with a delicate bramble of crushed red fruit coating the palate. Damn long and really, really good. Yummy. Seven cases for the U.S.A., so go crazy.
