Yoni and Noah of Neversink began their interest in distilling via Eau de Vies. Most notably apple and pear brandys. Though gin was initially supposed to be the breadwinner for the distillery, it also is amazing and really launched Neversink into being darlings of NY distilling. Apple Aperitif is pommeau produced in Upstate New York. Pommeau is only legally “pommeau” when it is made in Normandy, France of course but this is a really special expression. Neversink Spirits Apple Apéritif is a blend of heirloom varietal cider and brandy. The blend is married in french oak casks. Think Pommeau, but not Pommeau because it's made right here in New York!
