A blend of Chardonnay and Nosiola from vines planted in 1986 and 1999. The base wine is fermented in stainless steel, and secondary fermentation occurs in bottle with the addition of grape must from the following vintage, and it is not disgorged. Bright and high-acid, it is serious and esoteric.
