We were super fortunate to get the last case of this extremely limited wine. It's a mead pet-nat! Way cool. Made from apples, cherries, sumac, and rosehip. Like all of their meads, it's aged 1 year without filtration or sulfur additions, and fermented with wild yeasts. Super aromatic and lively.
One of our more unique offerings, this local honey wine is like the liminal state where intuition and inspiration are born...it’s the space where dark meets light—its complex profile is the manifestation of that, lifted by bubbles. Profoundly delicious!
