A unique grape, Trousseau Gris is of French Alps origin, but is rarely planted there now. Foot-stomped then slow ferment, first whole cluster then pressed off to finish. Aged 6 months in neutral barrel. Spicy, savory wine. Orange hue from the skin contact. Wet rock, cranberry, tangerine citrus and white flower aromatics built with texture and finesse. Drink it with sushi, sashimi and ceviche.
